01Purpose of the site

The duual.com site serves an informational and commercial purpose: presenting the Duual platform and allowing interested organizations to request a demo. Use of the Duual platform as a service is governed exclusively by the written agreements entered into with each client, not by these terms.

02Illustrative nature of the content

The descriptions, diagrams, interfaces, metrics, industry scenarios and demonstrations shown on the site are illustrative. They represent capabilities in a conceptual and simplified way and do not constitute technical documentation of the platform, a binding offer, or a warranty of specific features, figures or results.

The scope, functionality and service levels applicable to each client are defined solely in the corresponding written agreements.

03Intellectual property and proprietary information

All site content, including text, trademarks, logos, design, interfaces, illustrations and audiovisual material, is the property of Duual or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

The Duual platform, its architecture, components, operating models and technical documentation constitute Duual's proprietary information and trade secrets. Nothing on this site grants any license or right over such information. Technical and architecture documentation is shared only under written confidentiality agreements.

04Permitted use

You may browse the site for legitimate informational purposes. The following are prohibited: extracting or collecting content in bulk or through automated means; attempting to access systems, environments or information not intended for the public; reverse engineering or attempting to discover the architecture, components or internal workings of the platform; using site content to develop, train or improve products or services that compete with Duual; and impersonating Duual or interfering with the security or availability of the site.

05Demo environments

The site may include preview or demo environments, such as the restricted-access Command Center. These environments run on fictional data, are offered as is for demonstration purposes only and do not constitute the Duual service. Access credentials are personal, revocable at any time and must not be shared.

06Demo requests

Submitting the contact form does not create any contractual relationship or oblige Duual to provide services. Demos are scheduled subject to availability and Duual's commercial criteria.

07Third-party sites

The site may contain links to third-party sites, which are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Duual is not responsible for their content or practices.

08Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is and as available. Duual does not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that its informational content will remain permanently accurate or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Duual shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site.

09Changes

Duual may modify the site and these terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date. Continued use of the site after a change implies acceptance.

10Governing law
